We can think of the skill of attention as if it is on a scale. Some folks are at one extreme end with razor sharp focus and high multitasking ability. Others of us (myself included) are a little more like squirrels, getting distracted by every little thing. As I write this, the fish in my fish tank keep catching my eye and slowing me down.
