Strengthening Memory

Do you ever find yourself misplacing things? Do you lose your keys, or your phone? Do you occasionally forget something that someone told you? What would you be willing to do to improve your memory and reduce this forgetfulness?

The brain is like a bunch of muscles. It can be strengthened with exercise. Below are five steps, five exercises you can practice to improve your memory. Don't read all these steps at once. Take one at a time. Practice each exercise for at least a week. Strengthening muscles takes time, persistence, and commitment.  The more you exercise, the better you will become, the more effective these strategies will be for you. Good luck!
